1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by you with wd33 to access and use our gaming services.

2.3 Account Verification

wd33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to your KTP, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide requested documents within 7 days of the request. Failure to provide adequate verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. We implement these measures to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and to protect your account security.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from creating accounts or using wd33 services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees of wd33, game providers, affiliates, or their immediate family members.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or banned from the platform.
• Individuals acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• Individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

wd33 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process, with typical minimums starting at Rp 10,000.

3.2 Payment Method Ownership

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. wd33 reserves the right to verify the ownership of all payment methods and may request supporting documentation such as bank statements, e-wallet screenshots, or payment receipts. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be returned, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. First-time withdrawal requests require completed identity verification (KYC). Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB) and may take up to 4 hours during off-peak periods. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. For security purposes, we reserve the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 or for accounts showing unusual activity patterns.

3.4 Withdrawal Limitations

wd33 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account status, verification level, payment method, and transaction history. Bonus funds must meet specified wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Any abuse of deposit bonuses, including depositing solely to claim bonuses without genuine play, may result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings.

3.5 Transaction Fees

wd33 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own processing fees, which are beyond our control. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in IDR.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by wd33 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated in the promotional materials. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, time limitations, and eligibility criteria.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and associated winnings must typically be wagered a specified number of times (ranging from 1x to 30x depending on the bonus type) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino 10%, and sports betting 50%. The maximum bet allowed while bonus funds are active is Rp 50,000 per spin, hand, or bet.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

wd33 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonuses, depositing and withdrawing without genuine play, or any other fraudulent activity. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, account closure, and potential legal action.

4.4 Bonus Modification and Cancellation

wd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any player from promotional offers at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or violation of terms.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the wd33 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Slot machine RTP (Return to Player) percentages and house edges for table games are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and fund forfeiture:

5.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wd33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, service interruptions, or any other commercial damages or losses. 9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or bonus forfeitures. Pending bonuses and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 Termination by wd33

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or represent a security risk to the platform. In cases of termination for cause, we may withhold any remaining account balance and winnings. You will be notified of the reasons for termination and may appeal the decision by providing supporting evidence within 30 days.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. We may charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month for dormant accounts containing balances exceeding Rp 100,000. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wd33 operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration procedures, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. For small claims disputes, you may choose to pursue resolution in small claims court. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
